December 2004 / Present - Victor Chandler International

Throughout my time at Victor Chandler, I have been promoted from Designer up to Head of Creative. Key responsibilities of my role include controlling and promoting the brand, and monitoring all the design output of the company as a whole.  At present I manage a team of five. This number is increasing to seven in 2009. With a noted rise in brand awareness, the creative demands have meant an expansion from online companies and print ads, to direct mailers. Every piece of creative comes via myself for allocation of resource, and then approval before being released.

In addition to this I am working to improve SEO across all sites, and consolidate all brands into one URL. I've also implemented Goggle Analytics company wide and linked this into Double Click.

May 2003 / December 2004 - University of Hertfordshire

I have spent the past four years at University studying digital technologies to Masters level. Throughout these four years, you are taught to be proactive in the development of many applications, and both a willingness to learn and the need for self motivation are essential. This experience also requires you to work on multiple projects, across applications, all to different deadlines. Time Management here proves crucial. I have undertaken many small projects for company's outside of University during my four years which have helped add to my experience of industrial life.
